By using NoiseClean AI, you agree to these terms.

The Service

NoiseClean AI lets you upload audio recordings and receive a version with background noise removed, using Cleanvoice AI's processing technology. We offer a Free plan (30 minutes of audio per month) and a Pro plan (₹199/month, 3 hours per month, fair-use cap).

Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service, or have permission from a parent/guardian.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload audio you don't have the right to process (e.g., recordings made without consent where such consent is legally required in your jurisdiction).
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent usage limits through technical means.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at ₹199 via Razorpay.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

Service Availability

We aim to keep NoiseClean AI available and working correctly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We rely on third-party services (Supabase, Cleanvoice, Razorpay) that are outside our direct control.

Limitation of Liability

NoiseClean AI is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or audio files. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.

Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update these terms or modify/discontinue features. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
