NoiseClean AI ("we," "us," "our") provides an AI-powered audio noise removal service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.
Information We Collect
- Account information: your email address and password (password is never stored by us directly — authentication is handled by Supabase Auth).
- Audio files: recordings or files you upload for cleaning, both the original and the cleaned version.
- Usage data: how much audio you've processed, your subscription plan, and basic timestamps (when projects were created/completed).
- Payment information: if you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed entirely by Razorpay — we do not receive or store your card/UPI details ourselves.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide the core service: removing background noise from your audio via our processing partner, Cleanvoice AI.
- To enforce usage limits on the Free and Pro plans.
- To communicate with you about your account (e.g., password resets, subscription status).
- We do not sell your data or your audio recordings to third parties.
Third-Party Services We Use
- Supabase — authentication and data storage.
- Cleanvoice AI — processes your audio to remove background noise. Your audio is sent to Cleanvoice for this purpose.
- Razorpay — processes Pro subscription payments.
Data Retention
Your audio files (original and cleaned) are retained for as long as your account is active, so you can access your project history. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting sameer@noisecleanai.com.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact sameer@noisecleanai.com to make a request.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll note the "last updated" date above when we do.
