Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account. When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active (with full Pro benefits) until the end of your current billing period.
• You will not be charged again after cancellation.
• At the end of the current period, your account automatically moves to the Free plan.

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of a billing period.
• If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or a billing system malfunction), contact sameer@noisecleanai.com within 7 days of the charge, and we'll investigate and issue a refund if warranted.
